You can then go into Studio's workout library and import the PMR file. That'll convert and save the wattage information within that file to percentages based on your FTP (make sure it's accurate for the workout file). Now go into the Save As button and select the last option to "Save as Workout". Load the FIT into Analyzer so a new window is open via the Load File button from the Race Log. This will convert the wattage info to FTP percentage values. You can convert the FIT file w/ wattage info to a special PMR file format used within PerfPRO Studio. ![]()
